Data Conversions
Following is a list of data conversions that have been done at the request of customers using R.O. Writer ™. Customers must provide data and sign a data conversion authorization form confirming that the data being provided is the customers property.
If a Full conversion is requested please also fax copies of 3-5 R.O.'s printed from the prior system so converted data can be validated.
*Types:
Standard = Customer, Vehicle, Inventory, Supplier, Employee (as available).
Full = same as standard conversion but also includes the customer/vehicle history.

There are some files that you need to take with you to run on a system in the shop that is still running Service Expert for Windows that will extract the needed files from the program for you. |
